Short Description:

The ICONS project deliverable evaluation criteria are to constitute a firm and objective base for internal evaluation of the project results. The criteria are to serve as guidelines for authors of project deliverables, internal reviewers, as well as for workpackage and task leaders responsible for monitoring the technical project progress. The report imposes a consistent evaluation framework comprising of evaluation criteria based on a checklist technique. The decision on deliverable acceptance is based on fault densities in the case of the technical and demonstration results, and is more subjective in the case of the research results.
