Short Description:

The purpose of this Consortium Agreement is to facilitate the fulfilment of the research and development work in order to complete the ICONS project in accordance with the project contract. The project partners wish to define certain of their rights and obligations inter se in respect of the carrying out of the contract. The terms of this Consortium Agreement complement but not conflict with the requirements set out in the project contract.

The objective of the consortium agreement is to support management of the ICONS project through:

imposing internal project rules,
defining obligations concerning ownership, access rights, confidentiality etc.,
keeping consistency with the ICONS project contract,
providing the first level decomposition to workpackages and tasks,
defining and assigning responsibilities,
showing dependencies.
